Cognagora LLC and its divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter “Cognagora”) respect the privacy of any information that you provide us as a user of this site. This privacy policy explains how we treat your personal information and describes your choices concerning our use of your personal information.

When you use this site, you agree to the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to this policy, you should not use this site.

Information We Collect

Personal Identification Information
We will collect personal identification information from you only if you knowingly and voluntarily give it to us. We may request personal identification information from you when you request information or in connection with other activities, services or resources we make available to you. You are under no obligation to provide us with this information, but without it, we may not be able to provide the requested activity, service or resource.  When you provide us with any personal identification information, you acknowledge that you are knowingly and voluntarily providing the information to us.

In certain parts of the site, we may ask you to provide us with personal identification information so that we can respond to an email, provide information you request, consider your application for employment, or take other action as indicated on the part of the site from where the information is requested.

Occasionally, we may ask your permission to use personal identification information such as your name, email address or mailing address to provide you with Cognagora marketing information. For example, we may send you  an e-mail or mail you a brochure to introduce a product or service that we think might be of interest to the users of our site. For us to obtain your permission to send you this information, we will give you an opportunity to "opt-in" at the time our request for your personal information is made. If you do "opt-in," you may choose to "opt-out" at any time by sending an email to that effect to info@Cognagora.com.

Non-Personal Identification Information

We may collect non-personal identification information, which is information that does not identify you personally, but becomes available as a result of your visit to our site.   When you visit the site, you automatically send your IP address and other information, such as the browser you use.

We may also collect non-personal identification information through the use of "cookie" technology. These cookies may tell us what parts of the site, if any, you have viewed before.  The cookies DO NOT contain any personal identification information, do not provide us with a way to contact you, and do not contain any information from your computer not related to your visit(s) to our site. Please note that parts of the Cognagora site may not work properly if cookies are not accepted.

We use this non-personal information to administer the site and as a diagnostic tool to identify site problems. We also use such information in the aggregate to understand how our users as a group use the services and resources provided on our site. For example, we may collect in aggregate the number and frequency of visitors to our site. By doing so, we may continually improve our site and our service to you.

We will not sell or rent your personal information to any other party. Except as specified in this Privacy Policy, we will not intentionally disclose any personal identification information about you as an individual user (such as your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) to any third party without your permission.

We may, however, collect and use personally identifiable information if we are required by law to do so or find it advisable to do so in assisting law enforcement to protect this web site or related information.

We may share aggregated non-personal identification information with our partners, suppliers and other third parties, but we will not share any individual names, or other personal information, except as described above.
